Refund policy

30-day returns

You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, unworn, in their original condition and packaging.

How to start a return

Email us at info@shopaureashoes.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will reply with the return instructions and address. Items sent back without first requesting a return cannot be accepted.

Size exchanges

Need a different size? Contact us within 30 days and we will help you exchange it, subject to availability.

Damaged, defective or wrong items

Please inspect your order on arrival. If an item is defective, damaged or not what you ordered, email us at info@shopaureashoes.com within 7 days with photos and your order number, and we will send a replacement or a refund at no cost to you.

Return shipping

Unless the item is defective or incorrect, return shipping costs are paid by the customer. We recommend using a tracked service.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to confirm. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank may take additional time to post the refund.
