Free tracked shipping

Standard shipping is free on every order and includes a tracking number.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You will receive an email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Delivery time

Delivery usually takes 7–15 business days after dispatch, depending on your location. Delays caused by customs, carriers, weather or peak seasons are outside our control.

Address accuracy

Orders are shipped to the address entered at checkout. Please make sure it is complete and correct. We are not responsible for deliveries delayed or lost because of an incorrect or incomplete address. If you notice a mistake, email us at info@shopaureashoes.com as soon as possible.

Missed deliveries

If the carrier cannot deliver your parcel, follow the instructions they leave or contact the carrier with your tracking number. Parcels returned to us because they were not collected can be reshipped; reshipping costs may apply.
